JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an administrative technician to manage the financials and orders of our U.S. subsidiary. Working place located in Polanco, Ciudad de México.

Functions:

1. Financial-administraive tasks
   1.  Monthly closing management and its reporting
      
   2.  Management and control of payments and receivables
   3.  Credit and guarantee management
   4.  Management of local taxes
2.  Order management activities
   1. Openning of the order in the system
   2. Follow-up of orders (ordinary or Non-Conformities)
   3. Invoicing recording and tracking
   4. Stock management
   5. Transport management and shipping logistics

REQUIEREMENTS

• Administrative education
• 3 years experience in similar positions
• advanced English proficiency
• advanced SAP skills 
• excellent communication skills, proactivity and ability to work as a team player
