About the role

Proficient and proactive Team Leader with 3-4 years of experience in maintaining workflow, accomplishing production plans, and managing staff. An empathic and energetic leader with the capability to work in a team setting while keeping effective communication with workers to delegate assignments.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow
• Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Assist production manager to trains operators
• Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting of the processing flow on shift production summaries
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures

• Full-time
• 08:00AM – 18:00PM
• Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia
• Willing to work Overtime, long hours, shift and weekend
• Open to Malaysian Citizen only
  

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate with a technical certificate or diploma in engineering or an industry-related field
• Gain 3-4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production operation and advantage to individual have experience in Sheet Metal industry
• Experience in drive forklift and reach truck
  
• Experience with process knowledge
• People management and leadership skills
• Must possess good communication skills – written & verbal
• Must be able to use Microsoft office software (word, excel, outlook and etc)
• Team player and must be able to work with operators, managers, engineers, etc
